Website or Blog Consultation
As a website creator, I make blogs and websites using Squarespace or Weebly for those that need a simplified platform. I use Weebly for very non-technical clients who want ultra-basic sites, like the ones I made for the six Friends of the Library groups in Carver County, MN.
If your goals warrant a website made with the powerful WordPress platform I can use that too. Sometimes WordPress can be overkill, too complex. WordPress makes sense when your business actually needs all that power.
I like to keep things simple when possible. I am a clarity and implementation partner for small organizations who just want their website to work and not break.

During our meeting, we can clarify the features and benefits you’d like from your website and get your questions answered about the website building/updating process. Here’s my most recent WordPress website/blog called MoveToGrandJunction.com that is ranking #1 or #2 on Google for about 41 keywords after about 9 months.
After that, I will prepare a proposal with an estimate of time to complete your blog or website. Once approved, we get started right away and work together until it’s complete.
Once it’s done, I will train you on how to maintain your website moving forward. Managing a Squarespace or Weebly is very simple. WordPress websites, on the other hand, are not a “set it and forget it” style of website. It needs to be updated regularly and, to take full advantage of its capabilities, I strongly recommend you add a blog function and make 1-2 posts a month or more.
